7Zai - keep fit exercise

Today, our baby, 7 Zai, want to show how to keep fit your body.

Firstly, you must have a dumpbell, you can either buy or borrow it from your friend. Next, hold it in comfortable posture as shown below. Besides that, please increasing its weight gradually. It is very important to avoid or minimize possible injury.





Finally, try to pick it up and down several times as shown below.
